We primarily sell our farm raised angus and wagyu beef in bulk. However, we do reserve 1/8 of each harvest for retail sales of individually packaged ribeye steaks, NY strip steaks, stew meat, chuck roasts, fajita meat, briskets, filet mignon steaks and more.
